How do I book an appointment?
Use Book Appointment to choose your service through our online scheduler. For help deciding, call 240-571-1542.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome from 7am to 7pm on opening days. The salon is closed on Sundays. Booking ahead helps you plan your visit.
Is braiding hair included?
Hair inclusion depends on the service. Check the notes beside your style in our price list and confirm the hair type with the salon before buying or bringing hair.
How long will my appointment take?
Timing depends on the style, size and length. Contact the salon with those details to ask for an estimate before arranging your day.
Can I book an early appointment?
Early appointments from 4am are available with a $20 surcharge. Arrange the appointment with the salon.
Are night appointments available?
Night appointments between 7pm and 4am are by appointment and carry a $40 surcharge. Contact us to arrange availability.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, and Cash App. A $5 processing fee applies to credit card payments. Zelle and Cash App payments have no additional fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations less than two hours before the appointment and no-shows are not refunded. Contact the salon as soon as your plans change.
Can I request a custom style?
Yes. Share a picture or video with the salon and confirm the price before your appointment. Hair, length and braid size can affect the quote.
